RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Safora, we are committed to delivering products of exceptional quality. Every item undergoes a quality inspection prior to dispatch. However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, you may be eligible for a return and refund, subject to the terms outlined below.

By placing an order with Safora, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of our Terms of Service.


2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products.

  • You must submit a return request within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact us at hello@safora.in with your order number, description of the defect, and supporting photographs.

  2. Upon review, if your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. You are responsible for shipping the item back in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products without manufacturing defects.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.

  • Items returned without following the return process outlined above.
